1. Who We Are

Things Remembered is an online gifting platform based in Mumbai, India, specializing in personalized and curated gifts for every occasion. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Things Remembered. "You" refers to the user or customer accessing the site.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Order confirmation is sent via email once your order is accepted and payment is verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Personalization & Customization

• Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order.
• We are not responsible for errors in personalization arising from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, wrong dates).
• We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Personalization may add 1–3 business days to processing time.

5. Payment

• We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay.
• COD is available on select pin codes and for orders below ₹5,000.
• All online payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
• In case of a failed payment, no amount will be deducted. If deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days; Express delivery: 1–2 business days (charges apply).
• Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
• Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with intact packaging.
• Personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was delivered.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@thingsremembered.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Coupons & Promotions

• Coupons and promotional codes are subject to individual terms, including validity periods and minimum order values.
• Only one coupon may be applied per order unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
• Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and software — is the property of Things Remembered and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Things Remembered shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.
• Losses due to events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Errors or omissions in product descriptions, though we strive for accuracy.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution through our customer support team before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
