Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout. You can pay via Cash on Delivery, Cards, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.), Net Banking, popular Wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are dispatched. Contact support immediately.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed via Razorpay with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Personalization

What items can be personalized?
Most of our products — jewellery, keepsakes, frames, mugs, cushions, and more — can be personalized with names, photos, dates, or custom messages.
How long does personalization take?
Personalization typically takes 1–2 business days. For complex customizations, we will notify you of the timeline.
Can I preview my personalized item?
For select products, a digital proof will be sent to your email before production begins.
Are personalized items returnable?
Due to their bespoke nature, personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges apply).
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and most PIN codes across India. International shipping is available on request.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track via My Account → Orders.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Personalized items are non-returnable except for defects.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We'll ship the correct item and arrange a pickup.
